Under the Nigeria’s business entities regulatory act, known as Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and the business operational regulatory agency, known as Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abbysia Group was lawfully registered on the nineteenth (19th) day of September, 2007, as a full blown hi-tech construction company.
